 1. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing or using the Mitt Master Machine, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use or purchase the Mitt Master Machine.

2. Product Use The Mitt Master Machine is intended for use in breaking in baseball and softball gloves. It should be used as instructed in the owner's manual. Mitt Master Machine LLC is not responsible for improper use or damage to gloves caused by misuse.

3. Warranty Mitt Master Machine LLC offers a limited 30 day warranty on parts and a 1-year warranty on the chassis. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage due to misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.  4. Payment Terms All payments are processed securely through our online payment system. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept all forms of payment listed on the website.

5. Shipping and Delivery Orders are processed and shipped within [30- 45 business days]. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Mitt Master Machine LLC is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or delays in parts or materials.

6. Returns and Refunds We offer a 30 day return policy. Products must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. 7. Assumption of Risk Agreement By purchasing and using the Mitt Master Machine, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Assumption of Risk: You understand that the use of the Mitt Master Machine involves inherent risks, including the potential for damage to your gloves or injury during operation. You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks arising from the use of the product. Waiver of Liability: Mitt Master Machine LLC, its owners, affiliates, and employees, are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of the product. By purchasing this product, you waive any claims against Mitt Master Machine LLC for liability, including but not limited to damages for property damage, personal injury, or loss of use. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mitt Master Machine LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the product. Assumption of Risk for Others: You are responsible for ensuring that you and any other individuals using the Mitt Master Machine are aware of and accept the associated risks of using the Mitt Master Machine. Mitt Master Machine LLC is not liable for harm or injury to you or others. 8. Authorized Use The Mitt Master Machine is intended for use only by trained individuals to break in baseball or softball gloves. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Mitt Master Machine LLC recommends that no one under 18 operates the machine.

9. Warning The Mitt Master Machine operates using a pneumatic press. Extreme caution is required to avoid injury. The press can cause severe damage if obstructed with inappropriate tools or body parts. Keep hands and other body parts away from the pneumatic press during operation. 

10. Training Requirements All users of the Mitt Master Machine must be properly trained. Training is the sole responsibility of the purchaser of this tool. Training should include: Basic operation of the machine. Safety measures such as storing the foot switch away from machine while not in use, and ensuring that no body parts or tools are in the path of the pneumatic press.

11. Maintenance and Inspection Regular maintenance and inspection of the Mitt Master Machine are recommended to ensure it remains in safe working condition.

12. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

Release of Liability Form


  1. By checking I agree to the terms and conditions I am agreeing to the statements below. In consideration of the purchase and/or usage of the Mitt Master Machine Tool the Mitt Master purchaser hereby RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Mitt Master Machine (“Company”), their officers, servants, agents, and employees (collectively referred to as “RELEASEES”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained, or to any property, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES, or otherwise, while participating in such activity.


  1. I am fully aware of risks and hazards connected with the activity, including but not limited to the risks as noted herein, and I hereby elect to voluntarily participate in said activity, and engage in such activity knowing that the activity may be hazardous to me and my property.



  1. I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISKS OF LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, that may be sustained by me or any loss or damage to property owned by any other party as a result of being engaged in such an activity, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES or otherwise.



  1. I further hereby AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASEES from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney’s fees, that may incur due to my participation in said activity, WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES or otherwise.


  1. It is the express intent that this Release of Liability Form shall bind the members me, my family and spouse (if any), any other person acting under my direction and if I am alive, my heirs, assignee's and personal representative, if I am not alive, shall be deemed as a RELEASE, WAIVER, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE the above named RELEASEES. I hereby further agree that this Release of Liability Form shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the California.

     

  2. I UNDERSTAND THAT THE RELEASEES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH AN INJURY OR TO PROPERY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR.



  1. Finally I understand that I am urged by the Company to obtain adequate insurance to cover for any personal injury or property damage which may be sustained during the activity.



  1. I also understand that I am responsible for any damage I cause, or caused by another person acting under my direction AND IN SIGNING THIS RELEASE FORM, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND REPRESENT THAT I have read the foregoing Release of Liability Form, fully understand it and sign it voluntarily as my own free act and deed; no oral representations, statements or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made; I am at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date mentioned below and fully competent; and I execute this Releasees for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by same.
