30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We will promptly address the issue to make things right.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item for a refund (once accepted) and then place a new order for the desired product. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
