FAQ's

  • Features of the Mitt Master Machine That the Competition Doesn't Want You to Know
  • We operate on the same principle of utilizing pressure to break in baseball gloves, but our primary focus is on safety and ease of use. Our unit ships at 40 lbs and requires only a standard 120V compressor, ideally between 8 to 10 gallons.
  • Safety is our top priority. The machine's effective speed creates a comfortable environment for both the gloves and the operator, ensuring a secure and efficient breaking-in process.
  • Unlike our competitors, we do not rely on fast pneumatic action. Our superior design features steady and controllable movement, enhancing the user experience and making it a joy to operate.
  • The ergonomic foot pedal allows for hands-free pneumatic operation of the press.
  • The large 13” working space is crafted from a CNC plasma-cut 3/16” steel plate.
  • The unit generates approximately 600 pounds of force per square foot when operated at 90 psi. We can do a Catchers glove in about 15 minutes.
  • There’s no need for large, noisy compressors that may require special piping or an expensive installation. Our unit operates efficiently on a standard 120V power source, eliminating the need for 220V power.
  • Additionally, Our machine is powered by air and since there is no electricity on my unit, there is no requirement for a UL listing. A UL listing refers to a certification from Underwriters Laboratories (UL), an independent safety science organization. This certification indicates that a product has been tested and meets specific safety standards for electrical and fire hazards.
  • With dimensions under 20” x 20” x 20”, it fits easily into any personal vehicle and make it to the field for on site work or take it to and from locations as needed.
