Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
   All orders are processed within 30-45 days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
   Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery time depends on your location and the chosen shipping method. Here are some typical delivery estimates:

3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
   We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

4. International Shipping

5. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
   Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
   If your order arrives damaged, or if your package is lost, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.

7. Returns and Exchanges: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
